Rubber & ceramic composite (wear ceramic liner) introduction:
Wear ceramic liner is suitable for application in areas of severe impact and areas of high abrasion. Rubber ceramic composite liner can be supplied to incorporate a variety of ceramic shapes, including hexagonal tiles, cylinders and cubes, ceramic plain tiles, all of which have a high alumina content that withstands severe impact and high abrasion.
This wear ceramic liner is ideal wear protection materials for chute, bunker mining equipment, because it is easy to be installed in equipment substrate by epoxy glue water or welded by bolts. The structure includes: ceramic vulcanized in rubber, or ceramic vulcanized in rubber then backed with steel panel.
Wear Ceramic Liner Advantages:
- High hardness
- Superior abrasion and impact resistance
- Corrosion and chemical resistance
- Light weight
- Easy installation by epoxy resin or bolt
- Improve working environment (noise, vibration and safety)

What is the composition of the wear ceramic liner?
The liner consists of high-alumina ceramics vulcanized in a rubber matrix, often backed with a steel panel for enhanced structural support.
In which industries are these liners most commonly used?
They are widely used in mining, cement, steel, power generation, and port industries for protecting equipment from abrasion.
How are the rubber ceramic composite liners installed?
They can be easily installed onto the equipment substrate using epoxy resin glue or by welding via integrated bolts.
What shapes of ceramic can be incorporated?
We offer various shapes including hexagonal tiles, cylinders, cubes, and plain square tiles to suit different application needs.
Can the size of the liners be customized?
Yes, while we have standard sizes like 300*300mm and 500*500mm, we provide customized sizes based on specific customer drawings and requirements.
What are the main benefits of using rubber in the composite?
The rubber acts as a cushion that absorbs impact energy, reduces noise, and minimizes vibration, significantly extending the life of the ceramic.
