Product Description
Industrial ceramics are widely used in power, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. As an abrasive material and corrosive medium.
Industrial Ceramics is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline, used to transport sand, coal, ash and aluminum liquid, and is suitable for different high-temperature pipeline inner diameters.
In addition to the ash removal, slag discharge pipe, powder feeding and powder returning pipes of coal-fired power plants, ceramic-lined wear-resistant steel pipes are also widely used in the following industries:
01. Mine
Coal water slurry, coal washing slime, mine filler, pulverized coal in the coal industry. Metal mines: pipeline transportation of concentrates and tailings.
02. Metallurgy
The blast furnace coal injection and slag conveying pipelines in iron and steel plants. Optimal pipelines for steel-making conveying ferroalloys and refining outside the furnace.
03. Cement Plant
Ideal solutions for highly abrasive transport systems in cement production facilities.

Transport and Installation Precautions
1. Handling
The ceramic composite pipe has high hardness and good toughness, but it should be put gently to avoid serious collision, especially contact with metal instruments on the end surface.
2. Directionality
The bending pipe is installed with directivity. The direction indicated by the arrow on the surface should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
3. Alignment
The pipe should be aligned with the center line. Displacement of both ends should be controlled within 1.0mm.
4. Flexible Joints
Inserted lengths shall be adjusted symmetrically. Since the thermal expansion is about 1/3 of steel, clearance can be reduced by 3-5mm.
5. Flange Connection
The flange end shall be flush with the end of the composite pipe.
6. Welding
Welding can be conducted using 45°-60° "V" type slope Angle of 2-4mm and gap of 0.8-1.2mm.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a factory and manufacturer of industrial ceramics.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 15 days if the mould sizes are in stock. If not, it takes approximately 25 days depending on the quantity.
Do you provide samples? Is it free?
Yes, we can offer stock samples for free, though the freight cost is covered by the customer.
What are your terms of payment?
For new customers, 100% T/T in advance. For regular customers, 30% T/T in advance and balance upon receipt of B/L copy.
What are the primary industries using these ceramic pipes?
They are widely used in power plants (ash removal), mines (coal slurry), metallurgy (blast furnace coal injection), and cement plants.
Why is alumina ceramic lining preferred over steel?
It offers much higher hardness, superior abrasion resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, which significantly reduces maintenance costs and downtime.
