Basic Info.
Industrial ceramics are widely used in power, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries as an abrasive material and corrosive medium. It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline, used to transport sand, coal, ash and aluminum liquid, suitable for different high-temperature pipeline inner diameters.
Applications include:
- Mine: Coal water slurry, coal washing slime, mine filler, pulverized coal
- Metal mines: Pipeline transportation of concentrates and tailings
- Metallurgy: Blast furnace coal injection and slag conveying pipelines
- Steel-making: Conveying ferroalloys and refining outside the furnace
- Cement plants: Ash removal, slag discharge, and powder feeding

Transport and Installation Precautions
- Handle gently to avoid serious collision or direct impact on the ceramic layer.
- Bending pipes must be installed following the flow direction arrow.
- Align with the center line; displacement should be within 1.0mm.
- Flexible joints should be adjusted symmetrically with 3-5mm expansion clearance.
- For flange connections, the flange end must be flush with the composite pipe.
- Welding is possible with 45°-60° "V" type slope Angle (2-4mm) and 0.8-1.2mm gap.
